A 30-day challenge for adults in the UAE serious about building daily habits — health, training, sleep, focus, whatever matters to you — with a real group around it.
A 30-day challenge. You pick 3–5 daily habits. You report every day in the WhatsApp group with a screenshot, photo, or short note. We track streaks and completion. The group does the rest.
No coaches. No motivational quotes. No wellness fluff. Just a small room of adults showing up every day, with receipts.
3 to 5 daily habits. Verifiable. Realistic. The kind worth holding for 30 days.
Drop your list in the group chat with ✅ or ❌. Screenshot or photo as proof.
Every 10 perfect days earns a shield — a bankable rest day that doesn't break your streak.
Side conversations. Quiet competition. Real accountability with people whose discipline you respect.
A small set of structural rules keeps the group serious. Full details in the rulebook — link below.
Full pause, no penalty, no impact on streak. No justification required.
Earn a bankable rest day for every 10 consecutive perfect days. Stockpile or spend immediately.
Missed check-ins 3+ days, zero completion 3+ days, or under 50% per week — you're out.
AED 500 deposit. Miss one habit — it goes to charity. Survive 30 days — deposit returns. No prize pool.
Discounts: Alumni save AED 100 on any future challenge. Bring a friend → AED 100 off for both, stackable up to 50% of fee. Where multiple discounts apply, the larger one wins.
Something you can prove you did with a screenshot, photo, or short note. The habit just needs to be daily, measurable, and you have to be able to show it. Some examples:
• 45+ minutes of training (any kind — gym, run, swim, padel, yoga)
• 8,000+ steps
• Lights out by 23:00
• At least one serving of vegetables and one of fruit daily
• No alcohol
• 10 minutes of reading (no phone)
• 10 minutes of meditation
• No screens after 22:00
• Cold shower
• Journal entry
What doesn't count: "be more present" (not measurable), "drink water" (too vague to prove), "go to the gym 3x this week" (not daily).
No. The challenge works for any kind of daily habit — health, sleep, nutrition, reading, focus, screen time, mindfulness, whatever matters to you. The format is the same: pick 3–5 things, do them daily, prove it.
You can build a habit list that's entirely about sleep and nutrition. You can mix training with reading and journaling. You can focus on screen time and bedtime. The bar is consistency, not intensity.
You drop your habit list in the WhatsApp group chat with ✅ or ❌ next to each item, plus a screenshot or photo where it makes sense. Late check-ins by the next morning are fine. Going silent for 3+ days gets you removed.
You screenshot or photograph what's relevant yourself — we don't pull data from any tracker automatically. Keeps the loop honest.
An optional commitment device for people who want a sharper edge. You put down a separate AED 500 deposit. Miss a single habit on any day — your deposit is donated to a UAE-registered charity (Beit Al Khair Society). Finish all 30 days clean — deposit returned in full.
This is not a prize pool. There is no winner payout. The structure exists purely to put real stakes on your discipline.
No. Open to participants across the UAE — Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, anywhere. The challenge runs in a WhatsApp group, fully remote. Any in-person meetups during the month are organized by members, for members.
You commit to your list during onboarding. Mid-challenge edits only with organizer approval — and usually only if your original choice was genuinely flawed (e.g., your circumstances changed, or the habit was poorly defined). Don't pick habits you might want to swap later.
The challenge chat winds down on day 30. You get invited to the alumni group — no daily reporting, just members from past challenges sharing what they've kept up, what they've added, and what they've learned. You also get a discount on any future challenge.
Full refund if you change your mind before the challenge starts. No refunds once the challenge begins. If you get removed for inactivity, the fee is not refunded — the bar exists to protect group seriousness.
Both. Mixed groups by default. The format works regardless. The bar is discipline, not demographic.
